George Li

Founder, President and CEO

Dr. Li is the Founder, President and CEO of Westcloud Construction. He founded Imperial Group and its subsidiary entities in Hong Kong. The group has completed real estate investment transactions in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and many other countries, types of real estate investment involve residential, commercial, and mixed use properties, and maintain relationship with local developers in the global market.

Dr. Li has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector at individual & corporate level. Not only compasses the economic cycle of real estate industry well, Dr. Li always emphasizes the potential of added value to a particular deal, by upgrading the structure, design, facility and property management to realize the profit gain in the investment.

Dr. Li held a Senior Lecturer position at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and also studied at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.


 

Allan Mah

Vice President

Allan Mah is the Vice President of Westcloud Construction. He has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including 26 years of experience covering high-rise buildings, townhouses and residential construction.

Allan held positions such as Sr. Vice President, Area General Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator, Contracts Manager, Site Safety officer, and Project Engineer for projects throughout Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Allan's construction project experience covers all aspects of project management, from conceptual estimating, design critique, Pre-construction, contract negotiations, site supervision, project and task scheduling, financial forecast and reporting.


 

Scott Richardson

Consultant

As the Consultant of Westcloud Construction, Scott is experienced in preconstruction coordination, conceptual through final budgeting, contract development and negotiation, constructability analysis, schedule development, project bidding, client/consultant/subcontractor liaison and relations, day-to-day operations, personnel, business planning, and similar. As a leader in the Seattle construction industry, Scott brings his unique experience in development and construction to every project and project team with a keen focus on the project details and problem solving, with the long range vision from concept to reality for successful, win-win project results.

His decades old roots in Seattle and construction go back to reading plans and visiting sites with his architect parent and working in the field while studying Construction Management. Throughout his construction career, Scott has worked with notable large and small development and general contracting firms throughout the Seattle area, rising up the ranks as project engineer, estimator, scheduling coordinator, project manager, senior project manager, preconstruction director, business development, and lead company liaison. His project experience includes apartments, townhomes, condominiums, hotels, athletic facilities, casinos, community centers, offices, spas, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, renovations, single family, shoreline development, and various tenant improvements.
